Harry K. Friedman, Principal
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner
Until recently, Harry was part of the Financial Planning Group at Harvard Square, which was under contract with Harvard University to provide personal financial planning services to Harvard faculty and high-level staff. After Harvard chose to end this benefit, Harry formed Brattle Street Advisors in order to provide similar services to a wider group of people.
Harry was at Harvard University, providing financial planning for over 15 years. He has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner since 1996. He has an A.B. from Colby College, from which he graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He also has a J.D. and a Masters in Tax Law from Boston University School of Law.
Harry is an elected member of Brookline town meeting, president of the Brookline Town Meeting Members Association, and on the boards of the Brookline Friends of Preservation and the Aspinwall Hill Neighborhood Association. He has been a volunteer for Boston By Foot for many years, giving historical/architectural walking tours of various Boston neighborhoods.
